What it does

The whole year, in your hand

Most panchang apps make you fight through pop-ups to find one date. This one opens on today and scrolls.

Scroll the year

Months flow continuously rather than snapping one screen at a time, so the rhythm of the calendar is actually visible: Ekadashi roughly every fortnight, Panchak in five-day runs, festivals clustering through Shravan and Bhadrapad.

Find anything

Search any festival or tithi by name, or browse by category — all 32 Ekadashis, all 14 Purnimas, every Sankranti and Jayanti — each with its own count, so you can see the shape of the year at a glance.

Reminders that matter

Optional alerts the evening before a major festival, and at dawn on each Ekadashi — enough warning to prepare, and nothing else. Leave them off and the app never notifies you at all.

Read about it

Tap any festival to read about it on Wikipedia without leaving the app. Useful when you know the name but not the story — or when a child asks and you'd rather answer properly.

Works entirely offline

The whole almanac ships inside the app. On a flight, in a basement, on a train through a tunnel — it opens and it works. Nothing is fetched, so nothing can fail to load.

In the name you know it by

Festival and tithi names are available in Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Sindhi (Devanagari), alongside English — so the day reads the way your family says it, not a transliteration of it.

Privacy

An almanac shouldn't want to know you

No account. No sign-in. No ads. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier. Nothing about you is collected, and nothing about you leaves your device — the language you pick and whether reminders are on stay on the phone.

The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" and Google Play's Data safety section says "No data collected", because that is literally what the app does. Our privacy policy spells it out in section 6.

What it is

A fixed almanac for Samvat 2083, compiled from a traditional printed panchang and checked against it — a reference for planning your year.

What it isn't

It performs no astronomical calculations and runs no machine-learning models. Observance dates vary legitimately between regional traditions, so it isn't a substitute for your own tradition or a qualified priest.
